All plans include hosted infrastructure — no servers to manage. PineconeX does not provide backup or long-term data-retention services — you are responsible for backing up your own strategies and data, and PineconeX is not liable for any data loss.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan backtests, runs parameter sweeps and takes one strategy live at no cost, with no credit card. New accounts also get a trial period with the Pro features unlocked, so you can try the paid tiers before deciding.
What counts as a concurrent job?
Anything running at that moment: a backtest, a parameter sweep, a validation run or a live bot. Free includes 1, Pro 5, Premium 10. A live bot holds its slot for as long as it runs, which is why the tier you need usually follows from how many bots you want trading at once.
Is VAT included in the price?
Yes — the prices on the cards include Belgian VAT at 21%. Payments are handled by Stripe; the invoice for each period is available in the billing portal.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, yourself. Account → Plan → Manage subscription opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can switch tier or cancel. Changing tier is prorated by Stripe, so you are not billed twice for the same period.
